Your Edgecombe Warranty


Edgecombe Furniture warrants to you, the original purchaser, the frame to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product upholstered in its original fabric, under normal use and conditions.

Edgecombe Furniture warrants the spring units against breakage due to defective parts, or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of your original purchase.

Edgecombe Furniture warrants the legs, sleeper mechanisms, task chair mechanisms and rocker units to be free of manufacturing defects for three years from the date of your original purchase.

Edgecombe Furniture warrants for three years from the date of your original purchase, the loss of foam resiliency in cushioning and mattresses. (Please do not confuse loss of foam resiliency with softening. Softening will occur through normal use and is not a manufacturing defect.) 

Edgecombe Furniture warrants the fabric to the extent of the fabric mill's warranty.

Edgecombe Furniture guarantees to the original retail purchaser that we will repair, or replace any part or parts of our product which fail to perform properly because of manufacturing defects for the period, from the date of purchase as set forth in the above warranties.


Contact your retailer for service. Your retailer will contact Edgecombe Furniture for service in the determined event of a warranted manufacturing defect. Edgecombe will arrange to pick the item up at the store and return it to the factory for inspection and servicing, then will return it to your retailer. This arrangement is only to be accomplished via Edgecombe trucks. You and your retailer should make transportation arrangements between your home and your retailer. Transportation charges, which might occur between you and your retailer, are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is made only to you, the original purchaser and does not cover merchandise purchased as second hand, distressed or “as is”. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or apply to furniture, which has been subject to abuse or improper care. Edgecombe shall, in no event, be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage, and in no event shall the responsibility of Edgecombe exceed the purchase price of the product or of its replacement.
