LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Edgecombe warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, the frame to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product upholstered in its original fabric under normal use and conditions.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Edgecombe warrants the springs, legs, sleeper mechanisms, and rocker units to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of your original retail purchase.

Edgecombe warrants for one year from the date of your original retail purchase the loss of foam resiliency in cushioning and in mattresses. (Please do not confuse loss of foam resiliency with softening. Softening will occur through normal use and is not a manufacturing defect. Filling materials will also soften and conform to the shape of the user.)

Edgecombe warrants the upholstery fabric for one year against wear under conditions of normal care and use. (However this warranty does not cover fading, pilling, or shrinking and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling.)

Edgecombe guarantees to the original retail purchaser that we will repair or replace, after proper inspection and at our option, any part or parts of our product which fail to perform properly because of manufacturing defects for the period from the date of purchase as set forth in the above warranties.

ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY

Registration card must be mailed within 30 days of purchase. Failure to file your registration card with Edgecombe Furniture nullifies this warranty.

FOR SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

Contact your retailer for service. Your retailer will contact Edgecombe Furniture for service in the determined event of a warranted manufacturing defect. Edgecomve will arrange to pick the item up at the store and return it to the factory for inspection and servicing and return it to your retailer. This arrangement is only to be accomplished via Edgecombe trucks. Transportation arrangements between your home and your retailer should be made by you and your retailer. Transportation charges which might occur between you and your retailer are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is made only to you, the original purchaser and does not cover merchandise purchased as second hand, distressed or “as is”. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or apply to furniture which has been subject to abuse or improper care. Edgecombe shall, in no event, be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage and in no event shall the responsibility of Edgecombe exceed the purchase price of the product or of its replacement.
